Still haven't figured out how to post a picture...guess I'll have to ask for help. Was thinking earlier about all the pets we have owned in our almost 40 years of marriage. Started with a beagle named Fumbles and continued with a red dobie name Gala, then there was Princess the beagle, Happy a pitbull/lab mix, Scrappy a border collie mix, Gizmo a black and white mix of something but he was really cute, Straus and Lady the german shepherds and their puppies, Zachary the Rottie and her puppies, Autumn my beautiful, sweet border collie/pyranese mix, Blondie our golden retriever/huskie mix, not to mention other dogs, many cats, hamsters, fish and a parakeet. Not to mention my best friend before Terry came along, Sally, my beautiful red dun quarter horse mare. I love animals. All animals. Always wanted to be veterinarian growing up but my dad was convinced that was a "Man's Job" so that dream was put aside many, many years ago. Now I simply love my animals and become their special nurse when they are not feeling well. Right now, Ted E. Bear, my dear cocker spaniel, lights up my life each day by reminding me to smile and laugh no matter how depressed I may become. He is my very dear friend and a very important member of our family.

New at this. Please be patient as I learn my way around blogging. Am trying to include a picture of my cocker spaniel but as yet have not figured out how to do so. Would love to hear from anyone who has a cocker spaniel.
